Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our coaching programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Our Commitment

We invest significant time, expertise, and personal attention into every client relationship. Because of the bespoke nature of our coaching services, our refund policy reflects the work that begins immediately upon purchase.

2. Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase a coaching program and wish to cancel before your first session or before any program materials have been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund within this period, contact us at hello@vitalo.com with your order details.

3. After Program Commencement

Once your program has commenced — defined as the delivery of your custom training plan, your first coaching session, or access to any personalised program materials — the following applies:

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Documented medical condition or injury that prevents participation

  • Exceptional personal circumstances communicated in writing

Partial refunds, where approved, will be calculated based on the unused portion of the program at the time of the refund request.

No refund will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after program commencement

  • Failure to complete sessions or engage with the program

  • Dissatisfaction with results where the program has been followed as designed

4. Program Pausing

We understand that life is unpredictable. If circumstances arise that prevent you from continuing your program temporarily, we offer the option to pause your program for up to 4 weeks. This must be requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Program pausing is available once per program period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@vitalo.com with the following information:

  • Full name and email address used at purchase

  • Order or invoice number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for your refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us directly at hello@vitalo.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
